Breast implants do not last your whole life. You need to get them replaced about once every 10-15 years, depending on the implant and what your plastic surgeon tells you.
Here's an example, if you get your breast implants when you're 28 years old, you are generally told that you must get them replaced by the time you are 40 years old. Can you imagine, you're 70 years old, and you have to get your implants replaced!
Couple that will all the pills you're probably taking at that point in your life and the generally frail composition of your body as you age, and you can imaging what the results might be.
